Account Manager

OPM Pros, an industry leading Affiliate Marketing agency, located in Montreal, Quebec, is looking to bring on a results-driven, people-oriented Account Manager to join our quickly growing family of marketers, creatives and multi-faceted business professionals. The Account Manager is managing a roster of clients which includes owning the program strategy and execution on route to hitting program targets, as well as building long lasting relationships with media partners, solutions providers and clients themselves.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, with the ability to build an affiliate strategy, identify KPIs, and implement an action plan that ensures your clients with the best chance at success, and sustained growth. The Account Manager is responsible for executing, analyzing and making recommendations to improve account performance while recruiting high impact, new partnerships for each account.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and presenting the program strategy and action plan for all new client accounts
  • Developing and overseeing action plan for their respective Account Coordinators or executing the program action plan
  • Analyzing program performance to develop recommendations and solutions to replicate successes and overcome challenges
  • Developing, overseeing, monitoring and analyzing all budget & cost strategies and executions (including paid placements)
  • Conducting periodical reviews and calls clients to ensure success, satisfaction, and retention
  • Coordinating with the Operations team for tasks related to client launches, technical account issues and migrations
  • Conducting monthly meetings with Account Coordinators to review monthly past performance, improvements and to develop the action plan for the following month
  • Conducting performance reviews for Account Coordinator (if applicable)

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years digital marketing experience in e-commerce
  • Previous account management experience
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role
  • Ability to build quick relationship with clients
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience in the Affiliate Marketing industry an asset
  • Experience using Rakuten Affiliate Network, CJ Affiliate by Conversant or any other affiliate network (asset)
